This is a new money saving service offered by Abatec Environmental and is aimed at offering clients a trimmed down version of our leading recruitment services.

As a large user of web based recruitment tools we have both negotiated strong commercial terms with these sites and invested in dedicated screening and selection tools to manage the advertising response. Our WebSearch service offers our clients the chance to capitalise on our discounted rates with online advertisers and our team of experienced recruiters.

We carefully combine extensive and targeted online advertising and CV database searches with industry leading screening and candidate management. At £895 per vacancy, it's significantly cheaper than dealing directly with online website and press advertising.

It is a very clear cut service in the way it works:

Initially a client will get in touch with our team and we'll discuss the vacancy with you in some detail to establish it’s suitability for online advertising and to agree timescales. You would have a dedicated Abatec Environmental Consultant to look after your Online Recruitment campaign. Upon receipt of your instruction and details of the position we would submit a strategy for approval.

As soon as the campaign has been confirmed details of your vacancy are posted to every major job board in the UK, relevant Environmental sites, professional networking sites and smaller local job boards if required. The Abatec Environmental team will also perform a search of the UK's largest CV databases to locate potential candidates, who we contact directly regarding the position. Every campaign is continuously reviewed and amended to ensure that the widest pool of potential candidates is accessed.

We ensure that every application we receive is carefully screened by an experienced Abatec Environmental consultant against agreed criteria, working with hiring managers & HR to ensure a match with the specified role saving our clients potentially hours of screening unsuitable and irrelevant candidates.  As representatives of our client’s business we respond to every unsuccessful candidate quickly and professionally explaining that they are unsuitable for the role.  Using Abatec Environmental consultants to pre-screen candidates and reject any unsuitable applicants naturally saves our clients time and inconvenience and we act as a shield between their businesses and any unsuitable applicants.

As the client you will receive all relevant CVs as we receive them complete with full contact details.

If you are unsuccessful in filling your vacancy within four weeks of the end of our exercise, then we will rerun the campaign with no charge.
